Implementation of HRMS

Milestone: initiation

 

 

0 to 2 months -

 

  • We brainstorm with you the industry practises & what will fit your HR requirements

  • Setup HR policies and rules, review and structure employee compensation and benefits

  • Employee Compliance Design - provident fund, insurance, labour welfare, Gratuity, Festive bonus and others ( if any)

  • Define HR practises for hiring / joining / appraisal / full & final and asset allocation

  • Standardise formats of communications related to HR

  • Discuss and plan employee engagement program with management

  • Discuss and plan compliance fulfilment with management and assist to setup/streamline process

  • Deploy HRMS solution

Implementation of HRMS

Milestone: Culture Development

 

3 to 6 months -

 

  • Conduct interventions with employees to understand their point-of-view, make them ready to adapt structured HR culture and policies

  • Guide them on how to adhere to revised policies and processes

  • Explain employees compliance design - PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Festive bonus and Insurance (if getting introduced / revised)

  • Train employees to start using HRMS system and utilize the same for leaves, tax, compliance, policies, etc.

  • Post setup of everything, a team member will start visiting your office once a week for full day and spend time with employees, discuss their issues, handle grievances, etc.

  • Slowly inducing a culture of having HR department for them for their issues and voice.

  • Start processing payroll, ensuring compliance items are maintained and executed in time

  • Start employee engagement programs as decided with the management

Milestone: The Way Forward

 

 

6 months onwards

  • Post 6 months, once HR culture is established and induced in your organization, we want you to make a choice for the way forward as suitable to your business demand and requirements.

Dedicated HR person not essential

 

Option 1:
continue as-is -

  • Our HR person visiting your office once a week along with managing the above-mentioned items.

Option 2:
Start transfer and exit mode -

  • We will undertake your existing internal person for training and prepare that person to take over in coming 6 months from us.

  • Post 12 months, we exit and your internal person can manage same items with our HRMS solution(charged per user per month basis).

  • Post 12 months, you can also continue with our payroll processing service (charged per user per month basis).

  • we can provide counsel, assistance and additional services on-demand basis.

Dedicated HR person is essential

 

Option 1:

  • we provide a full time resource on our payroll -

  • we provide you with a full time HR person on our payroll managing the above mentioned items.

  • we add that resource cost to our billing.

 

Option 2: Find and employ a suitable full time resource, train, transfer and exit mode -

  • We will undertake a recruitment activity for suitable HR professional(charged extra)

  • Once recruited, we will train that person to be suitable to your environment, policies, process, system, etc.

  • Once trained, we will handover the charge to that person and exit at the end of 12 months.

  • Post 12 months, we exit and appointed internal person can manage same items with our HRMS solution (charged per user per month basis).

  • Post 12 months, you can also continue with our payroll processing service (charged per user per month basis).

  • We can provide counsel, assistance and additional services on demand basis.
